How does FinditDelivery work?

You start out by taking a look at what restaurant you would like to order from on FinditDelivery.com.  After choosing what you want from one of the menus, you place your order into us by fax at (920)886-7524 or phone at (920)967-0105.  We then place your order into the restaurant and have one of our drivers dispatched to that restaurant.  Our driver picks up the food and delivers it hot & fresh to your door.  We encourage all customers to order well ahead of time whenever possible.

Do you have specific delivery areas of service?

We are delivering to the entire Valley, but it is up to our professional dispatchers to establish if it is feasible to deliver your food hot.  We will not jeopordize the quality of your meal, or our service by promising delivery for a restaurant and under a time constraint that is not actually feasible. 

Our drivers are set up to deliver within zones, so we are can manage their time and provide you with the best possible service and so that you can order from any participating restaurant.  From time to time, we may suggest another menu option if you are under a time constraint, or we feel it is not feasible to delivery to your location while maintaining quality.  View delivery map.

What are your hours?

We deliver seven days of the week & we take orders starting at 4:00 and ending at 9:00 each night.

How long does an order typically take to arrive after it has been placed?

While specific delivery times are partially contingent upon how busy the restaurant you’re ordering from is, our drivers will arrive anywhere from 30 minutes to 1 hour after the order is placed.  If there is any time discrepancy our dispatcher will promptly call to notify you.

What payment methods can I use?

You can use cash, check, or credit/debit card (VISA or MasterCard).  Please make checks payable to Com Resources LLC, and make sure all information is up-to-date.  If you choose to pay with a credit/debit card, the order must be paid for in advance with our dispatch.  We can provide a receipt via e-mail.

Is there a delivery charge?

Yes, a 5% sales tax and a 7% sur charge is applied to the food only plus a $4.95 delivery fee.

Should I tip the driver?

While no tip is required by you or included in your total, we highly encourage a 10-15% gratuity for our waiters-on-the-go.

Is there a delivery minimum?

There is a required minimum amount of $20.00 for delivery.

What about drinks with my order?

At FinditDelivery.com we have our very own selection of beverages that you can choose from, whether you want bottled water or soda.  These are conveniently listed for you on each menu, you can locate them by clicking "beverages" at the top of the menu.

Do you accept coupons from the participating restaurants?

No.  Only FinditDelivery coupons can be accepted and not coupons printed by the restaurant.
